💡 Optimizations

Why send several waves at the same target in Dragonfire?

Because the defender never heals — not between rounds, not between waves. Damage accumulates.

The measured numbers are clear: against a full defender (≈14,250 troops), a single army over 10 rounds only melts ~1,000-2,000 per round and leaves it around 2,500-3,300 troops (not 0). Result: stalemate, both sides survive, no loot.

But once the defender is already softened (≤2,000), the next army finishes it in 1-2 rounds. Hence the method: 19,500 → 12,000 → 6,000 → 0 in successive waves. It works in PvP too.

The optimization lesson: don't read an attack that ends in a stalemate as a build failure — it's usually just not enough waves. Keep several armies ready to chain onto the same tile.
