🗺️ Map markers & alliance coordination
How do you read X,Y coordinates on the Dragonfire map?
Every square on the map has (X,Y) coordinates printed on the tile — for example (1069,1757). That's the exact address of the square.
What it's for:
- Sharing a target in alliance chat with no ambiguity ("meet at 687,1516").
- Finding your way back to a farm, a Seat or an enemy you spotted earlier.
- Judging distance: the further the coordinates from your Stronghold, the longer the march.
Coordinates are an alliance's common language. When you report something — a heavy defender, a juicy tile, an enemy army — always give the (X,Y) plus the level and the type of the target. That's what turns a group of players into an alliance that hits the right place.
