🗺️ Tiles
What do a tile's level and durability mean in Game of Thrones: Dragonfire?
Two numbers matter on any tile: the level and the durability (or the defenders).
- The level (1, 2, 3… up to 13+) tells you how rich the square is and how hard. A level 10 Food tile holds far more than a level 2, but it's guarded by serious defenders.
- Durability is the square's hit points, mostly on bridges, Seats and structures. You grind it down with armies, and Siege troops deal extra damage to durability.
- Some tiles show defending armies outright ("2 armies defend it, fought separately").
Before you attack: read the level for the loot, and the durability or defenders to work out how many armies you need. One army doesn't always empty a big target.
