What is the +20% dragon-troop affinity in Game of Thrones: Dragonfire?

Every dragon has an affinity per troop type (all 5 of them). It can be:

• Positive (green): +20% to the dragon's stats (confirmed in game), plus a siege damage boost.
• Neutral: no effect (shown as "No bonus" in the formation screen).
• Negative (red): lowers the dragon's stats and its siege damage.

This is a big lever: +20% on stats is far more than the ±7% from the matchup. That's why the army-building rule is: pick the troop type for the counter wheel AND field dragons that are green for that type. Two levers at once.

⚠️ In practice: only the positive affinities are published, and the icons are hard to read on the dragon pages. The most reliable place is the Army Builder screen, which shows a clean +20% / "No bonus" per dragon.
