What is Rhysarion's Ebbing Fury in Game of Thrones: Dragonfire?

Ebbing Fury is Rhysarion's aura (a Champion), and it's the most powerful one observed in combat: it applies −27.5% damage. Careful though, it cuts both ways: it reduces the damage of allies AND enemies.

On top of that, Rhysarion carries a Recovery of +45 troops per dragon per round, which extends your army's life across the 10 rounds.

When it's brilliant: in an army built to last — long, defensive, attrition fights. The −27.5% on the enemy protects you enormously, and the Recovery keeps you alive while you grind down an opponent who doesn't heal.

When it's worse: in a burst army meant to blow everything up in 1 or 2 rounds, since the −27.5% also throttles your own damage. For burst you'd rather have a Center that amplifies.
