What are the economic priorities at the start of a Reign in Dragonfire?

Since almost all of the economy resets at the start of a Reign, you have to re-grind fast and in the right order:

1. Rebuild your production (Infrastructure: Granary / Lumber Mill / Quarry / Foundry) to restart the resource flow.
2. Re-grind your House Level quickly: it reactivates the Heirloom buffs you've already paid for (they stay unlocked but are switched off until House Level climbs back).
3. Farm nearby tiles and PvE targets to recover resources and dragon XP.
4. Re-level your key dragons (combat + Meat), since Reign Level reset.

Meanwhile, don't touch your permanent (gold, Relics, keys) unless it's a decisive move: that's what gives you your edge from one Reign to the next. The rule: re-grind the disposable, protect the permanent.
