How do you get new dragons in Game of Thrones: Dragonfire?

Several routes to grow your roster — and dragons are permanent, they never reset between reigns:

• Dragon chests, opened with Dragonbone / Dragonglass / Dragonfire Keys at the Hatchery.
• Dragon relics: stacking 15 of them hatches a new dragon (1★).
• Pre-registration: that's the Dawnseeker reward.
• Linking HBO Max: unlocks Vaeldra.
• Events and the campaign, which hand out relics, eggs and keys.

Dragon eggs are permanent too — a dragon can sit at the egg stage until you hatch it. Farming keys and relics is the real engine of progress.
